The campaign management application was originally written to create and maintain a direct marketing database that can fulfil the following functions:
- Capture details from all prospects replying to specific advertising campaigns, or general enquiries
- Fulfil prospect requests
- Measure how effective Direct marketing and Advertising are in terms of generating responses
- Measure how effective Direct marketing and Advertising are in terms of converting responders (prospects) into customers
- Measure cost effectiveness of each campaign
- Understand who their customers are in terms of repeat bookings, and in terms of targeting more prospects
This application, a web based solution, runs on an intranet or internet system and is specifically able to:
- Restrict user access by login
- Create and administer Campaigns, Adverts, Users including access levels, Fulfilment Requests and Fulfilment items
- Add customer records or update existing customer history
- Record types of customer interaction e.g. Inbound call, email etc.
- View customer history
- Export spreadsheets for fulfilment
- Batch upload customer records
- Create detailed campaign reports in popular spreadsheet formats.
