Campaign Management

The campaign management application was originally written to create and maintain a direct marketing database that can fulfil the following functions:

  • Capture details from all prospects replying to specific advertising campaigns, or general enquiries
  • Fulfil prospect requests
  • Measure how effective Direct marketing and Advertising are in terms of generating responses
  • Measure how effective Direct marketing and Advertising are in terms of converting responders (prospects) into customers
  • Measure cost effectiveness of each campaign
  • Understand who their customers are in terms of repeat bookings, and in terms of targeting more prospects

This application, a web based solution, runs on an intranet or internet system and is specifically able to:

  • Restrict user access by login
  • Create and administer Campaigns, Adverts, Users including access levels, Fulfilment Requests and Fulfilment items
  • Add customer records or update existing customer history
  • Record types of customer interaction e.g. Inbound call, email etc.
  • View customer history
  • Export spreadsheets for fulfilment
  • Batch upload customer records
  • Create detailed campaign reports in popular spreadsheet formats.
